Simply Saturday

I thought I would start a Saturday post about the simple things in life that I am thankful for because I truly think it is important to appreciate these little moments. Here is my first installment.

I am thankful that on this particular afternoon we had nothing to do except concentrate on puzzles. I love seeing the focus that it takes for their chubbly little fingers to put together a puzzle.

I love that they are playing side by side without a struggle (this is big with 2 year olds). I also love that I ignored the laundry in the baskets behind them in order to be still and take in the moment.

I love that he is still young enough to think it is cool to where a colander on his head!

For all of these simple moments I am thankful!
