I am not going to pretend that it's been glamorous. I won't sugar coat, but there have been some sweeter moments. On the not-so-sweet side of things: My hands are cracked because I have washed them a bazillion times. My swiffer mop and washing machine currently HATE me due to their overuse and the disgusting things I have been having them clean. Seeing your babies miserable is not a fun part of parenting.
I have enjoyed, however, the extra snuggle time that it has allowed. My boys are a.c.t.i.v.e. When other people are around us they always comment on how busy the boys are. "They NEVER stop" is something I hear on a regular basis so to have them slow down and want to snuggle and watch their shows feels like a stolen moment. This morning I had Alex on my chest and Eli leaning against me holding my hand. It was so nice to be snuggled up under a blanket on a cold morning with two of my 3 favorite guys.
Because I have a little time to kill I find myself taking pics and videos of the boys. Here is one from this morning.

despite all of its ickiness, i do love the extra snuggles sickness brings. hope everyone is 100% soon. the boys are just cute as ever.
love Eli's funny face...and this reminds me I need to dust off our camera. I never remember that thing!!
Hope the boys feel better soon. No fun being sick...esp with sweet kiddos!

The kids watched the video with me. They were cracking up. Their favorite part was Alex saying "No". Tanner was telling ELi "Hi" and Rylee was telling him that Eli can't hear him. (sisters!)
Liz~ I never have my actual video camera out I just use my Cannon which doesn't take the best video but it is convenient.
Steph~ Glad the kids liked it. Hope everyone is feeling better.
hey--I gave you an award on my blog.
Hey Bec,
It's your sis' Molly. I'm thinking of the hell you've been through lately with the poo and puke. It sounds weird but looking at the boys newborn pictures on the side of your blog I can't help but thank God. Is it weird to thank God for the poo and puke of your kids lives. I just still can't get over what little survivors they are, hopefully I never will. Watching them grow and seeing the what wonderful parents you guys have been to them just blesses my heart. Thanks to you and Jared for your devotion and love to your boys it's a great example to us all.
Love ya lots, Molly
Thanks for making me cry Mol! Seeing the NICU pics definitely puts the stomach flu into perspective that is for sure!
Love ya!
