Trimming the Tree: Part 2/The Outtakes

This is what happens when your two year old gets a hold of your camera and you don't care because it gives you a bit of peace while you decorate the tree.

As you can tell it was pointed in the wrong direction (towards him) the entire time he was shooting. I was a bit concerned that the flash may cause some permanent eye damage but he seems fine. :) This is 4 of about 20 pictures that he took with my camera not to mention the fact that my nieces camera has several of these also.

This is what happens when two year old boys discover Christmas lights.

Lots of fascination and blurry pictures from all the shaking.

Another funny outtake that is not pictured was when Amanda started walking away from the tree with a string of lights attached to her. It was comical to say the least. Thankfully, we realized it was happening soon enough to save the tree. :)

So all was well despite the fact that Eli through 4 tantrums in around 3 hours which was a first. He decided not to nap on this particular day and WE ALL paid for it. Amanda may never have children as a result of his behavior but the important thing was we all survived hurricane ELI!!!

Fa La La La La La La La LA!

The picture with the lights are awesome! Amazing what you will overlook just too keep boys busy to have a few minutes to decorate a tree! Can't wait to see the finished product!

Who needs a tree when you have lights? My boys could play with the lights for hours if I let them. They look like they're having fun :o)

You always make me laugh. The light pics and Alex's pics crack me up. We did our tree today--it wasn't too bad. No broken ornaments and no tantrums. Just an obsession now with taking certain ornaments on and off the tree and we have to kiss the tree goodnight. Hoping it dies down! :) Very pretty tree BTW.

I'm trying not to laugh but I was here a few years ago!
Wow.
All that play with crayons on fabric and trying to get electrocuted? Its just science experiments! They are going to be soooo smart! :) and there is light at the end of the tunnel!
